I had done my FP in Sept 2002 wen the new rule to file concurrenlty came, now I assume that FP validation has already expired and my I 140 got approved on Jan 17th 2004 ( a little later than expected ) and strangely in the Approval notice it says that I have to go to FP,questions
1 Does this notice mean that this FP is for 2nd FP or its just a std notice andthey were not aware that my FP is already done before I 140 approval itself .
2 Assuming it was a std format, then how do I know when to go for 2nd FP , neither I got any notice nor my lawyer got any notice to do 2nd FP ?
3 Does a person get the request for 2nd FP only when his date is current ( like currently it is Jan 1 2002) so they will only inform us when they open our file ?
4 Normally how much time does it take these days for FP approvals ?
Would appreciate if someone can educate me on this
