2nd FP in Queue

Heard nothing since.

Asked Senator for help and got the following reply:

My FP is in queue and they will issue FP notice when the dates become available.

Can you tell anything more from this info.? How long will take the dates available. I know my local office is very light and should be available anytime.

I got the same reply when i approached my congressman for help.This happend in the march'2004.But I didnt hear anything from USCIS regarding second FP.

Sorry I dont have an answer to ur question.

I got same answer from my senator off 4 months back, but until now I have not received.
