2nd FP for sep 2002 RD

My husband got his second FP for May 21st yesterday.

His RD Sep 2002.

I have not got my 2nd FP Yet.

Does that mean, his case is touched?
 
It may be possible that your FP clearance was at a much later date than FP done date. It may be possible that your FP have not yet expired.
There is a similar posting yesterday..by hadhkardi, I had replied to his asking him to call FBI and give A# so that, one can know the exact date when USCIS have recieved FP clearance from FBI.
 
indiagirl .. could you give us some more details

like when did your husband have his first FP.

Could there be other factors because of which they have touched your case. i.e. You had a recent change of address or a senator had initiated an inquiry about your case ?
 
RD: Sep 20th 2002
FP: OCT 2002 (I don't remember the FP date)
Changed address in JUne 2003.
Sent notification in June (AR11) 2003

Online changed to On July 9th blah blah blah.

Got another address notification from the local center 3 weeks back and sent reply 2 1/2 week back/

Got 2nd FP notice yesterday.
 
Hey Indiagirl, what's you RD date...mine is

RD- Sept 10,2002
ND -Sept 23, 2002

I did change my residence and my online message did change to on july 9...and later just few weeks back again got AR11 forms forms from BCIS..its the same story...except that I did not get any FP notice...

Would appreciate if you can let me know your RD & ND date...thanks...
 
I got my 1st FP done sometime tin OCt 2002. that is how the message now says on July 9...we recd your FP..report and processing has resumed...blahblah..
 
All these months I was assuming that FP expire in 15 months from the date of FP being done. Now guys are reporting that they have not recieved 2nd FP notice, eventhough their first FP was done in Oct 2002, but USCIS recieved info only in Jul 2003.
Question:
Do FP expire in 15 months from date of FP done or from the date of USCIS recieving the info...
 
To add more confusion, my case has ND- Jun02. 1st and only FP done in 15 AUG 02.

No address change, no AC21. Status not updated. Still says the same "Application received..... Takes 570-600 days" from day 1. I was assuming my FP has expired and I am due for 2nd FP. But reading at this thread, if it means 15 months start from when NSC gets FP cleared (Not from the day FP was actually done), then I am not sure.

Of course, I called FBI and they said that they cleared it within 2-3 days (i.e. 18 AUG 02). But, still I see many people saying their status update refers to Jul 03 even though FP was done much earlier. How come some status updates refer to Jul wheras others like me do not have any update.

I see many Aug/Sept cases getting 2nd FP/RFE. I wonder if there are JUN cases getting 2nd FP/RFE. Can the JUNers stand up and respond?

Another case with 2nd FP sent for Sep 2002 RD

My friend got 2nd FP notice sched. for May 27th.
His RD is last week of sept2002.He is with the same employer and
didn't change his address.His wife didn't get 2nd FP Notice.
His case dates are almost same as mine and when I checked my
case status online today it says Number not found. My wife's is
showing same old message 'recd on...'
