Hello everyone,
I had my 2nd FP last Sept 2004 at Newark Ofc. I believe the next step is stamping, I have a lot of concerns please if you have time to answer, i really appreciate it. Here's my info RD January 2002
1stFP May 2002
Had 3 EAD's and 2 AP's
2ndFP Sept 2004
My husband got his GC already last year June 2003. He is the primary applicant here.
My question are the ff:
1. If I will receive my approval notice, what should I expect for passport stamping like what are the documents will I bring in particular? I've been reading the posts they need 1-94's EAD's, AP's are there some more?
2. I will be going to California to take care of my granny, in case my approval notice come out, can I have a passport stamping in California? or in any state I will be in? Are they strict with that? Airfare's are really costly these days.....
3. Anyone if you has the same experience, I really appreciate your replies. When will be my I-485 will be approved? its been ages already!
Thanks for taking time to read my post.
Take care everyone!
