2nd FP Confusion

Hi,

I was in vacation when my 485 15 months fingerprint notice camein august, i had to potpone it to Dec by sending a letter to ASC. They sent me back with new Notice(from ASC) to come on Dec 10th. Later i got one more FP Notice(from NSC) for same code 1, to come for FP on Dec 30h.

I gave my Fingerprints Code 1 on Dec 10 by taking ASC notice. My LUD still the same.
Is there a way i can check status on my fingerpronts received by NSC? it's been 10 working days.
Should i go one more time on Dec 30th, does it make sence?

Yes, you should ago again on December 30th. The whole process doesn't make sense, so don't base your decision on what makes sense!

You have nothing to lose by going again. I've seen cases where people received denial letters for not showing up for appointments. Then you will have to file a motion to reopen your case, hire a lawyer and lose money and time! I guess going one more time on December 30th doesn't seem too bad now
