2nd FP, can u go in the early morning instead of scheduled 2:00pm?

I received 2nd FP notice, scheduled on 04/29 2:00pm in Newark, can I go in the early morning that day? Or I will have to stick with the scheduled time as well?
Anyone had previous experience, please share.

I think you should be able to. I was able to do it in Pittsburg.

Have same questions as yours. Mine is scheduled on May 13th at 1. Being a contractor , I dont want to lose my salary by taking a day off. Already we've lost enough for this GC...
