2nd FP at different location

Hi,

I moved to a different project 8 months ago. Filed AR11 and also called the service center to update the my pending files with the new address. I had applied for 2nd EAD while I was in the old location itself and received the 2nd EAD card to the new address as per the update done with the service center.

My attorney has now received my 2nd FP notice. I have still not received it and there is no change in the online status. But the FP is scheduled at the old location center.

What are my options? Can I walk in to the nearest center to get the FP done? Do I need to take an appointment? Should I go on the date scheduled or earlier? If the local center denies, should I still go to the old location to get the FP done or get the FP rescheduled? I am totally confused.

I appreciate your valuable suggestions/experience.

Thanks.

Try in your nearest INS office to give your FP, make sure that you take your A number , LIN number , Full name , Old address , New address and Data of Birth on paper, do not miss your State ID ............

Today (04/03/04) finished giving my 2rd FP for myself and my wife......actually our Appointment was on 04/22/04 .....but I went today and request them .......they Accepted it.......everything went fine........

I am not attorney …….just personal advice

Thanks

Same case for me

Sep 25/Ksashi

What is this State ID? Is this the Drivers licensce from new state?

In my case I have moved (with fly) but I have not recd my 2nd FP as yet. Should I check with the local ASC ?

My lawyer is not very helpful (company lawyer) and is difficult to get in touch. So I am not sure if she has received my 2nd FP Notice.

How do I check if USCIS had issued an FP notice at my old address? My 1st FP was in Sep 2002 and I was very clode to me 2nd FP at the time of my move and therefore my concern

Appreaciate yr help in this.

Thanks
