2nd FP and RFE

I have seen approval coming as they do 2nd FP and then they get RFE.
And upon Re'ving RFE to BCIS they got approved from 1st week to 3 weeks.

Hope vice versa is also true
In my case, BCIS re'ved RFE and now I have completed 2nd FP.
Waiting for my approval.

REF Sent & 2nd FP

In my case, the online message says
"On April 14, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

I received my 2nd FP notice which was mailed on 14th Apr

Completed early FP on 20th.

I am wondering the online message refer to REF or 2nd FP..
anybody have similar experience?

I am in the same boat as you. RFE received by INS almost month ago. and FP done over a month ago. Still no news..:(

when you got the FP, was the online message updated with FP information or was it about a REF.
In my case, online tells that REF was issued on Apr 14th. But I received 2nd FP which was issued the same date. I am wondering if there is a REF on the way or it was for the 2nd FP.

Same for me too. I see a message on uscis website that a RFE was issued on 03/26/04. I received 2nd FP notices 2-3 days after this. After a week, my attorney received RFE notice. So, give it a few more days and your attorney should receive your RFE.
