2nd FP and EAD question..Please Help

Hi Guys,
I recently applied for my second EAD and AP as my previous EAD is expiring in November. I was wondering whether INS will ask for anothre finger printing? Or the old one is still valid?

I have moved quite a lot recently and even though I have sent AR-11, I am not quite sure they would have processed it. I have applied for my EAD and FP about month and a half back and ND is Aug 4.

Can someone please help and let me know if it is required for a second FP ?

FP expires 15 months since the first FP.

You may expect to receive notice for FP2 after the 15 months of first FP.

But there are many cases where FP2 notice is not yet sent to people even after 15 months.

I am one such example.
 
Some time VSC will not update with AR-11. Best way is to verify with NCSC. EAD is not required for FP.

You cannot rely on the AR11 form to update the address.
I moved too & sent out the AR11 form 2 times.

I also called up BCIS just to verify if the my address had been updated correctly. (It had been not)

So, my advice to you is that you call up the BCIS & get them to update your current address.

What is the number to call BCIS? When I call they will just change my address right away?

Also, when you say that after 15 months one is not having second FP notice, is that a good thing or bad? I think my First FP was done in september of 2002. So in 5 months if I don't hear for second FP, is there any reason to panic?

I greatly appreciate your help. I don't know much about immigration laws and stuff.
