2nd fingerprinting scheduled.

I got a notice for 2nd fingerprints for the beginning of July.
Has anyone had a RFE after a 2nd fingerprinting?
Or should I expect that I am really at the
final stretch of the I-485 (AOS) process.

Hi again. In case anyone has the same question I had, I found the answer.

I was reading a lot of the postings here and found a case where a RFE was issued after a 2nd FP.
So I guess any sequence of events is possible.

With regard to RFE for W2 forms, Did u attach W2 forms while filing 1485. Did ur attorneyt ask to attach Tax return, W2 statment while filing i485.

I didn't say I got an RFE. I asked if I am cleared of the RFE stage if I just got a 2nd FP notice.

However I did enlclose 3 years worth of w2 and tax returns I had at the time. My lawyer asked me to add ALL paystubs that I had at the time. So I sent a BOOK of photocopies of paystubs dating back to 1992(!!!) when I filed for the 485. I have a big box in the closet of all that old crap along with pictures of my old girlfriends if requested.
