2nd fingerprint notice - 7 weeks and waiting

“I have been waiting for over 6 weeks since my first FP call. My 1st FP was rejected as "unclassifiable".”

I would be calling some one about that, you know after a year and 4 month of chasing after the immigration, I realized that if you need something to be done fast, or right, you need to chase those people because as far as I am concern the immigration people are lazy, and they really don’t care about me and you, so keep asking until you get an answer. Should I contact my congresswoman now? I wonder whether I wait to seek help from congresswoman until it is really really problem or a wait of 7 weeks for 2nd notice is good enough reason?

My PD is Oct 1st in LA DO. When I call CIS, they tell me "wait" because the officer would be busy. CIS says, after all they are only processing May right now. But I am not sure so. I am concerned things may have slipped thry the cracks. What do you guys suggest I do?

There is no point in involving the Congressman for FP matter. What you can do is to call your District Office and ask to talk to a person who handles scheduling of FPs. Request them to issue another FP notice.
