Based on my observation, usually USCIS will adjudicate soon after 2nd Fingerprint. I would like to know how many days you got approved after your 2nd fingerprint? I'll say usually it takes 1-2 months. I took my 2nd FP on 02/17/09, so far NO LUD NO APPROVAL. I've been confirmed all other things cleared already, my case is under final review.

Recently I applied a management position from a bank. I spoke with their HR over the phone on Tuesday. Everything went excellent (I believe I'm over qualified) until she asked my status - are you a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. After she heard I'm holding a EAD and waiting for my GC ,I can feel her tone changed. And she never called me back to confirm an Interview we tried to set up on Friday.
I'm sure I lost a golden opportunity. Although I'm not high earner but I'm the major economic source of my family. You guys can expect another foreclosure soon!!! That accredits to USCIS.
