2nd Fingerprint in Baltimore

I am scheduled to have my 2nd fingerprint on 9/4 in Baltimore. Can I go to BCIS office in Baltimore before that date?
Did someone had personal experience of going to Baltimore office before scheduled date?

Usually you can walk-in and get it done before the scheduled date. I did mine in Charlotte without any problem.
