Hi Everybody!
On Oct 29, 2004 I have responded on I-485 RFE (Officer 242). RFE was received and acked on Nov 2nd. RFE was for vaccinations.
On Nov 12 instead of approval I got a 2nd Fingeprint request, which I completed and USCIS TSC have received the review on Dec 20. Nothing happened still then. I wonder if they put my case back to the queue or something? Should i check with someone? or just wait? I have heard that if 60 days passed since RFE response and nothing happens i might enquire, but will this be applicable to my case?
My I-485/I-140 ND is 03 March 2003
I-140 Approved on Sep 3 2004
My priority date is current since i am not from the country, being subject to new retrogression in january .
