2nd Finger Print Notice Arrived

Hi,

Me and my spouse received 2nd FP notice today. There was no change in the touch date or case status change. We have got FP schedules at different days with a gap of 3 days. 1st FP schedule was same for both of us. Can we both get FP done on the same day. Any input is appreciated. Are there any cases approved after receiving FP notice and before FP schedule though it is unlikely. Thanks.

I have done FP walk-ins much earlier than the FP date on the notice both the times I had to do it. Once I went to the location mentioned in the letter and the second time I went to the one closest to my address.

My lawyer told me that they are issuing 2nd FP for all applicants with first FP 15 months old. Keep in mind that like anything INS, this also cant be generalized for all applicants. It tends to vary a lot.

Each time I did my finger print, the online status reflected the change too within a couple of days.

Go to your FP together, early. Pick one afternoon and show up there at 3:15.
That is presuming that they work until 4, which is the case with San Jose. Don't go in the morning or on Monday.

Went to 2nd FP before sceduled date but did not allow.

My wife and I went for 2nd FP today to Oakland ASC but they did not allow us to do FP.
Scheduled date is 06/16.
We requested them again, but they did not listen.

What was the trick that you guys do that you could do the FP earlier??.
Should I try again next week?..

Hi gc-02,

Do you both have same date and time. Ours is different date and time (3days gap) scheduled for June lastweek. Do you think do they allow us to do FP same day. thanks
