2nd EAD with TSC approved

2nd EAD Approved on 88th day i.e. December 22nd, 2003. The web site was updated today (December 23rd, 2003)

I was almost ready to go to local office on December 29th, 2003 for interim EAD.

When did you mail your application? and how long did it take for you to get receipt notice for your EAD.
My EAD is expiring on 05/12/04 and I have my application and INS received it on 12/23/03.

Hi Sannem1/Srikant,

I think you are well covered since you have applied 5 months in advance. I think you are even covered in case RFE is issued in your case.

So do not worry..it will be alright..
