Got my 2nd EAD approved after more than 9 months.
With this speed of approval, we may need two or three iEADs until the main application is approved.

Spouse's card arrived a week after status changed to "approved"
Got RFE for I-140 approval notice 15 May 2003
Responded to RFE. Response received 20 May 2003.
Sent a fax inquiry 24 June 2003. No answer.
Sent a fax inquiry to division 12 (2nd level inquiry)) 18 July 2003.
Approved 24 July 2003 as per web site.
Card not received yet.
