How long it took for you to receive 2nd EAD card

My RD/ND and LIN is almost same of your\'s. My 1st EAD is going to be expired by Feb 2002. I am in the process of applying the 2nd one. How long it takes to receive EAD now and what is the process. Did you fill the form and send by yourself. If you could explain how to apply 2nd EAD, will be helpful to me.

I filled the form by myself & send it over to the INS. The rest of the details are already posted
 
Questions.

1. Where did you get the I765 Signature Card. I765 instructions
say that we must submit that too.
2. In current status section on I765, I write \'I485 Pending (AOS)\'.
Is that sufficient?
3. My wife had two prior EAD cards ( one issued at local
INS office for 3 months one issued by NSC). Do I have
to write both on the I765, though local Office did not
take any form nor application nor cash from us on that day.
They looked at the EAD Receipt Notice and have the Temorary EAD
card.

question

My EAD will expire on 01/10/02. I have just filed for renewal of my EAD. Will I have any problems if the renewal is not approved by 01/10/02.
