2nd EAD Approved

hi my 2nd EAD was also approved on 28 Aug 2004(dont know the date it was applied..but after july 19th)...LUD on 485 changed two times.but unfortunately the EAD approval has NOT triggered anything.. 140 still pending ND:10/01/2003....just dont know what is happening to my case..
