2nd EAD and AP approved

My 2nd EAD got approved on 6/17/04
2nd AP got approved today 6/21/04

Both with ND 4/09/04.

No news on I-140/I-485 yet. ND 7/15/03 :confused:
 
Don't worry. I guess that your I140 and I485 will be concurrently adjudicated within 2 months.
It seems VSC is doing well on EAD and AP. In recent days, we are seeing approvals in 2 months (approx). It used to be 4 months.

I don't think so. Look at my case

I-485/EAD/AP/VSC (Non concurrent/I-140 approved Jan 2004)
RD: 24 Feb 2004
ND: 27 Feb 2004

Last updated date changed to 26 may and then to 27 may
Initiated inquiry on 7 june for AP
RFE issued on both EAD and AP on 10 June (Clear pages of passport and /or driver's license)
RFE received on 17 June
Sent the required docs to lawyer

That looks difficult with the fact that I have not received any FP notice yet
