My 2nd term EAD & AP were filed sometime during OCT 9 or 10th 2002..
Today (12/31) I recd. AP approval notice sent by the lawyer. Apparently my AP was approved on 12/13/02, valid until 12/12/03.
INS online status is also updated to approval state for this AP!
EAD is still awaited.
