2nd AP Valid 3rd AP not approved Yet..!!

My 2nd AP is Valid until march 24th 2004, My 3rd AP has not been approved yet..Can I travel until march 24th 2004 Or not

In case of delays at airport or any other reason. I would advise
plan your return trip at least 1 week before expiry of your AP.
