My new attorney filed AC21 letter and AP papers for us and its' been 35 days now and still havn't received any receipts. I have a travel plans. Anybody in the same situation. Last time I got my EAD/AP in one month from NSC. Now what happen to NSC?

I140 approved.

It shouldn't take that much time.. Recieved Notices within 3 days of applying for both.

My EAD was applied around May 1st and was approved on May 23..

Currently I am waiting for I-131 approval..

This is my 4th time I am applying for both of these.

Ask your attorney proof of sending the docs... Fedex, USPS, etc.. tracking number.
He might not mailed your docs yet......Attorney's always delay.......

Thanks guys for your reply. I am working for a reputed big corporation and not for the consulting. It is very hard to keep asking for the receipts to the attorney all the time. He replies saying that it is not yet 30 days.
Do I need to have doubt about him sending the AP? I am trusting him but my hope should not have been turned down by him. I use the think that once you join the client directly your problems are taken care automatically. My my other things are taken care of in the timely manner.
Now the hard question is how to verify the truth. If attorney forget to send and he is assuming that he already send out then I am in big trouble.
