What documents needed to file AP

I have 1485 pending, I read the instuction but I don't really know if I need to write a paper about the reason of the travel.

WHat are the documents I need to put with the application?

1) Latest photographs: 2

2) Application fee: $110.00

3) Completely filled form I-131

4) Copy of I-485 receipt Notice

5) Copy of I-94(if necessary)

6) Copy of first page of passport

7) Copy of spouse's I-485 receipt notice(if U are filing for u'r wife who is dependent one)

8). Copy of Marriage certificate

9) Copy of I-140
