My 2nd AP was approved today (learnt from my lawyer). It had the recept date of Dec 12. My WAC is 02-07*-***** with a receipt date of Dec 14, 2001. I-485 is still pending and GOD knows for how long.
INS is approving APs which will allow immigrants to go outside the country so that they can put our application down in the priority. Yes, friends that's how it works. As soon as you go out, they take your application and slide it down for a couple of months. Wish these guys die in HELL.
