considered news in this forum.
What we need is I-485 approvals, and many of them.
We have at least one today. Let us hope the trickle
becomes a flood!
Anyway, since I did my 2nd AP work by myself, people
may be interested in the details.
Original I-485 + 1st 1-131 : August, 2001
WAC-01-290-5xxxx , RD 8/27/2001, ND 9/24/2001
FP results received: 3/2002. No news since then. Still waiting :-(
1st AP approved 11/2002
Applied for 2nd AP by myself 11/2002. Enclosed
all documents mentioned in the form
WAC-03-047-5xxxx, RD 11/26/2002, ND 11/29/2002,
Check cashed really quickly.
Got RFE for I-140 receipt/approval notice and marriage certificate.
ND 1/9/2003. Arrived to my mail box 1/13/2003.
Response sent (certified mail) 1/19/2003.
Received by CSC 1/28/2003
Web case status online updated 1/29/2003 to:
"On January 28, 2003, we received your response
to our request for evidence..."
Approval mailed by CSC 2/11/2003.
Arrived to my house 2/13/2003
