Last month I contacted a local congressman office as my family cases have been delayed more than the VSC processing time.
I received a 2nd FP notice issued by Local Immigration Office just one week later after contacted them, and my family also received their 2nd FP notice 2 weeks later than mine. I had done my 2nd FP last month, my family are going to do within this week.
Surprisingly I was told that my lawyer office received the 2nd FP notice today from VSC for all of my family which are scheduled to do early of October. I already done my 2nd FP, confirmed it was cleared out and sent to BCIS.
Shoud I ignore the notice from VSC?
Should my family follow the notice from Local Office or from VSC?
Or should my family do their 2nd FP double times for better safety?
Appreciate for your comments.
