Hi, Let count people who did 2FP and still waiting there for approval:

RD: 11/02/99
ND: 11/09/99
First FP: 03/20/01
RFRE: 04/11/11
Received RFREE: 04/27/01
2nd FP: 05/23/01
Still waiting, call IIO two times, case is pending, feel hopeless ...

EB2, ND: 02/09/00, 1st FP: 03/17/01, mine ok, wife got 2nd FP notice, Her 2nd FP done on 04/16/01, case is still on 60 day hold shelf. Still waiting .....

Same thing with me, first FP 03/29, Second FP 04/26. Called IIO couple of times and she told the file is on hold for 60 days from the day of the second FP notice, i.e. 04/12. Called IIO again last week, she said, they assign cases to officers once in a month. So it should get assigned in 2-3 weeks and another 2-3 weeks from there. Getting frustrated ....
