25 days - still waiting for mail

My online case status said that on May 22 , document was mailed to my address. 24 days passed, still did not receive anything.

I checked with TSC's and NCSC's IIOs : address was correct but they did not know what document was sent...
NCSC's IIO told me to wait until one moth passes, before calling again to ask for clarification (Is post office so slow nowaday ?)

Please share experience , if you have similar problem.

Same thing happened for my wife's AP. We did not get the approval notice. Had to call TSC 3 times (the 214-xxx-xxxx line). All the 3 times they said they will mail a new copy. And every time we had to wait for a month to call again. Finally we got it the fourth time.

My wife's first EAD got lost first we applied. We never got it...Finally I had to reapply as "Replacement of Loast EAD"
