Hi All!
I just wanted to share this great news that, my I-140 has just got approved. The details are:
I-140 AND 485 both filed concurently on Dec 24th 2003.
I-140 approved on Jan 24th 2005.
FP. Done on 06/15/04

Finally looks like things may be getting better. My dates are the same as yours. Maybe my I-140 will finally get approved.
 
I am another Dec 24th filer. Still waiting for I 140 and I 485 approval. EB3 in NSC. So hopefully my time comes soon...... :D
 
Buck up NSC !!

I hope and believe NSC will soon catch up with processing dates of CSC and VSC. These approvals show +ve signs of improvements.

Buckle up Dec 2003 and Jan 2004 I-140 filers.

what is ur category eb2 or eb3 ? and did you file and get approved for ead also recently. please let us know and Congrats !!!

I applied for my I-140 on the 22nd December '03.

This means that I can actually start hoping or looking forward to receive my I-140 approval. I'm practically salivating at the very thought :)

Let's know if you I485 will approve in a few days. I hope NSC will still approve I140/I485 at the same time if they are ready (both name check and fp are clear.)

I am very thankful to God (Allah) that finally it got approved. I count myself very lucky.

485 approved.

Alhamdolilah, I have just recieved another email confirming the approval on my 485 case as well, I guess i am very lucky now, mine and my wife's 485 has got approved.

Is your PD priority date > Jan 2002 ?
