245i Cases: Any I-485 Approvals?

Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone received I-485 approvals for applications submitted under 245i.

I filed my application using 245i in February, 2001; here are my details:

WAC-01-118-xxxxx
PD: 02/99(this is my husband\'s PD, his 485 was approved in Jan-2001)
ND: 03/11/01
FP: 05/17/01 (Done on 05/04/01)
EAD: Approved: 05/09/01

I dont get this ..somethinsg wrong...
My ND is 03/08/01 with wac-01-124-***** and your ND is 03/11/01 with wac-01-118-*****????...what is that ????

Many people who file under 245(i) are approved. Other than having
higher chances of being transferred to local offices for interviews,
245(i) is treated just like other cases.

I am not sure if you mean to say that many 245(i) cases are already approved. Do you personally know of any 245(i) cases approved? The reason I am asking this is I haven\'t seen any 245(i) emails on this board; Do you know of any other discussion boards where 245(i) cases are tracked.

Even my lawyer said that it is very likely that our case might be transferred to local INS office for interview.

BTW, I incorrectly mentioned the notice date in my earlier email, my correct ND is 03/02/01. Sorry for my mistake.
