Could I apply for AP on 241i once 140/485 is sumbitted ?
I heard from someone that you have to be in status to apply for AP to travel out of the US after submitting the above forms.

Let me know ASAP whoever can answer the above question.

Yep, if you've accured unlawful presence, not advisable to travel out of country even if applying under 245i, you can be barred upon entry - i don't even believe AP will be approved but even if approved, i woundnt advise you to travel - too risky!
Just my opinion but i think you can take it to the bank!
