245I and employment authorization

After receiving approval for i 140, if adjustment of status is filed with 245i clause, will that prevent us from getting employment authorization?

No, it will not. You can still get EAD and AP as long as your
AOS is filed regardless of 245(i). However, you should not
travel using AP (even if you have one) because of the potential
problem of ten year bar issue .
