please let me know when visa no. is available for family/brother
petion I130 april 2001.what should be done to expediate the same.
 
Unfortunately the priority date for 4th preference Category is 08 JAN 91 for Jan 2003. That is about 12 years behind. The only way to expedite your brother's case would be to bring him here on a H-1B visa and apply for GC thru that route. Now he wont be eligible for any non-immigrant visa as well except for H-1, since he has an I-130 pending.

IF HE WAS HERE AND APPLIED ON 20TH APRIL 200 BEFORE DEADLINE AND CURENTLY HOLDS H1B2 AND THEN DOES IT HELP AS THE RECIEPT SHOWS 130-999 DAYS
