seems my case is a bit complex.
been in US from 1998 to 2001 under Visit visa, Student and then H-1. applied for H-1 at Indian counsulate on return to India but wanted more documents- inregards to my Medical Degree. Left the idea of goin back to US. finshed my Degree and practised in India before coming to the UK in 2003 and now working here, presently having HSMP(highly skilled Migrant Programme).
Applied to counsulate in UK, but was advised to apply from India under 222(g)- was illegal for 2 days - delay in application.
Now want to go to US for Visit(B1-B2).
what are my chances of recieving tourist visa. Please advise
