I got a 221(g) rejection for my B1 visa( for training purposes) petition in aug
2004. The consulate at chennai had asked me to wait for an administrative
processing & after 7 months waiting time I got an e-mail asking me to courier
1.the passport ,
2.issuance fee ,
3.refilled form 156
4.and a photograph via the tts-drop box service .
W.r.t DS156 - The column 22 requires us to fill-in the dates of travel.
The actual date of travel was 12 Sept 2004. As this date has already been
crossed, Can I enter a new date other than the one entered in my previous DS156 form( dated aug 2004).
(Pls. note that the consulate has asked for issuance fee).
In that case, do i need to enclose an new petition with a new training schedule and other docs with updated dates for 2005 along with it?
ELSE should I just send items 1 through 4?
If any one has had a similar experience please share it with me and advise me.
