221g and VO asked to use VFS dropbox

Hi,

I attended my visa interview with my family for H1 and H4. VO issued me 221g and asked me to appear in the consulate again. When I re-appeared I was given 221 second time and this time I was asked to use VFS dropbox facility to submit the internal Project letter. She did not mention anything else in the 221g.

What are the required documents do i need to submit in the dropbox in Bangalore? Should I submit my passports, DS156, DS157 and Visa Fees (Rs.2300) also along with the project letter, or only the project letter?

It'd be very helpful if anyone could answer asap.

I would think so. do you think they are humble enough to go back and look into your file for supporting docs? Also, w/o passport how they will stamp visa?

Anyone know , how long it's taking to get the passport back after sending the documents through VFS Drop box ?
