221(G) Administrative Processing - Chennai Consulate

Hi,

I think I am the only unluckiest person in the whole world. I had appeared for H1B Visa Stamping through IK Solutions Inc at Chennai Consulate (2005) and I had been refused twice (once in March 2005 for insufficient docs and again in April 2005 for Administrative Processing).

I had waited for 6 months hoping to get the good news from the consulate and since the last 4 months I have been contacting the Department of State as well as Delhi and Chennai Consulates for my status, I even tried the visas@NAS.EDU but no real luck. Every time I try to contact the DoS or Consulate, I will get a similar reply stating that my case is still pending.

I am really getting fed up with my trials. Can somebody suggest me how to go about in this situation as I am really out of ideas at present.

Hi,

I have not quit my present job even though I am getting very less salary only to make sure and convince the consulate that I am more conscious in stability rather than looking for options when and whereever possible.

The only thing that satisfies me is that I am working for one of the biggest MNCs in the world.
