We got approved on 18 Oct and was told that within 14 days we will receive letter of approval. Well 21 days later still nothing. Called the nice people 4 times and they all want us to wait till 30 days have passed.
When you made your biometrics and all that did you check out your address and all your information was correct?
Hang in there...wait the 30 days, but what they tell you if pass the 30 days?

Yeah all the data is good. They said we had to wait till 30 days then to call them back. I asked what will happen in 30 days when I call back, she responded we "will review your case and deterime what needs to be done".
