20th day not received AP please help!!!!!

Today is 20th day I havent received my AP.I have applied AP from CSC for my self and for my wife on Sep 13th, and I got RFE on 21st OCT for photos, replied rfe on 25th OCT, AP approved on 29th OCT I haven't got any mail. I have called USCIS they are telling I have to wait unitl 30 days to apply new one. Please help.

USCIS has a useless system. They dont seem to understand the difficulty one has to go through when they dont receive AP on time. Even if you open a new enquiry you need to wait for 30 days before you can even call them the next time. Its BULLL S***.. I know its frustrating, but we can do nothing about it.
 
AP Hardcopy Received!

Hi folks,

I just received my AP hardcopy in mail. I must say, I was a bit worried as well after reading the experiences here. I had applied at the Laguna Niguel office.

CSC AP
AD: 11/09: Hardcopy: 11/21 (today)
