20K Quota and CPA?

I have a query in relation to the 20K quota for master’s or higher level degree from a U.S. academic institution.

I have MBA from India and have recently certified as CPA from US.

am I eligible for this quota? Or how do I find if CPA is regarded as master's or higher level degree?

I am exactly in the same boat as you. Did Masters in accounting from India and now CPA here. Checked from USCIS , and they said CPA is not a degree so will not be included in the quota for masters degree holders :(

CPA is Certification

I am CA from India and CPA from US. When I enquired, I was informed that CPA is certification and not a degree.

To be a little off track... CA combined with B. Com is 'may be considered' equivalent to Bachelors Degree from a US University - This was quote by FACS (Foreign Academic Credential Services) !!!!!!
