2014 winner need your help

Do u know any organization where i can evaluate my education qualification according to US education level? I'm from Sri Lanka and my CN18xxx ...

There are companies that do that - however there is pretty much no need. If you are interviewing in Sri Lanka they have a very defined view of what is needed to qualify. They state:-

"Education: The minimum educational requirement is the successful completion of 3 GCE A-level subjects, not including General English. In compliance with U.S. immigration regulations, completion of 6 GCE O-level subjects is no longer sufficient to qualify for the DV program."

For a job they won't expect a education evaluation, they will not rate a foreign degree as high as a US degree - but in any case that is only one aspect of getting a job.

I believe it's relatively common for employers to ask for equivalency certification - being that a number of countries have 3- year bachelors degrees whereas in the US some jobs have a 4-year degree (equivalent to US bachelors) as minimum requirement.

You can get an initial idea here http://www.wes.org/evaluations/preliminary.asp but would need to pay them for an "official" equivalency certificate. I don't think you need to start worrying about this until you know you are getting interviewed though!
