2014 Selectee, KCC case matching issue

one of my family member is one of 2014 DV Lottery Selectee and she has sent the forms to KCC for further processing, to confirm the receipt of package she has sent emails but KCC replied back:
"Thank you for your inquiry.
The information you have provided does not match the case, Please resubmit your request with the correct information for KCC to properly assist you."

What should she do, any idea????

She has probably mistyped something -perhaps the case number. Correct that and email again or better yet call KCC.

Also make sure she gives full name and date of birth - written american style i.e. month-day-year - as well as case number in emails. They will not give any information on cases without all this information.

It was the the third time that she sent email, in the first email she mistyped the case # and the second one she mistyped sth else, but third email was corrected. All three email replied with the same content as above.

Date of Birth: MM/DD/YYYY 01/02/1900
Preference Category: DV D......
Foreign State Chargeability: ZZZZZZ

and inquiry explained ...............................

should she email again or with same email structure and the same inquiry content, or she should mention the previous emails. She also attempt to call several times but the KCC automatic replies and refered to KCC Website.
Please advice us what should she do to get confirmation and okay for her documents. or she should not contact the KCC Until getting an further step from KCC.
