(2013 DV) Been 2 month and no word,need help?

Hi all,

I`m new in this forum and I`m 2013 DV selectee.My case number 2013AS00009*** I`m currently F-1 visa status.I have only send DSP-122 and DS-230,although when I called in May,they advised just to send DSP-122.but I send both forms because in the DSP-122 form said I have to submit DS-230 as well.So I send it both by express mail and according from tracking number,they received it.They said wait until August to get another response from KCC.It is August already I got no notification or any,Am I missing something here?

I have also called USCIS customer service and they said I can go ahead do Adjustment Status but when I went to local USCIS office to make sure and they said it`s too early to do Adjustment Status and your application might get lost.

I need help and confuses how it works,any advises I appreciated it.

At what date did you sent the forms? You said that you called them but did you ask if at least they received your forms?
I sent the forms in early May, I received the AOS notification on 7/23. However I knew that they had the forms. You should receive the email very soon.

When I called them,I didn't sent anything yet.I was asked about which form should I fill. so I send it June 7,it`s your AOS notification received by mail or email? I also attached return envelope with forms.is that the one you got.

I received an email with 2 attachments. The return envelope is for the DV fee. Try to call just to check at least if they have your forms.
