2009 EU Winner needs help-Please

Hi, my sister’s interview is scheduled for May 12. If she is granted a visa, she plans to make an activation trip right away. However, she currently works for the US military in Iraq and needs to return to her job one week after arriving to US. She must stay in Iraq for three months before she can come back to US.

Has anyone ever crossed to the USA and left immediately? Is this going to be ok. I researched the US immigration law for some guidance but could not find anything specific.

Please help.:confused:
 
No problem.

However, rules for staying outside the US are differnt for people in military, with government positions etc.
