Is there any 2008 DV winner from Ghana? I am a 2008 DV winner from Ghana with a very high CN 00058XXX
What are my chances to getting an interview? and When?

my sister is a winner in the 37xxx's, and history shows that by the end of everyfiscal year all region becomes current so keep the hope

Thanks for this encouragement. By the Grace of God our numbers will be current and we shall be issue visas and subsequent Green Cards.
