I am starting a new thread for I-140, and I-485 Petitions filed semi-concurrently (under EB-2 category) at the CSC, in 2004.

Since processing of our applications would not be picked up by the Pilot program, it will help us to (approximately) 'estimate', where we stand (relatively) - if we have info. on 'adjacent' cases. Pls. therefore post your details, and any progress on your application.

I-140 RD: Jan. 20, '04
I-485 RD June 15, '04
EAD/AP AD: July 15, '04
FP: July 22, '04
LUD (FP results rec'd): July 27, '04
 
I-140 in Aug 03 - Pending still (which is quite different from still pending)
I-485 in Jan 04 - Pending still
FP in April 04
EAD/AP approved in March 04
 
I140: Filed Dec 2003 (Pending)
I485: Filed Mar 2004 (Pending)
AP/EAD: Approved May 2004
FP: No notice yet

Should I be concerned about FP notice?
- I faxed an inquiry as some of you suggested, no effect
- I called NSC, the woman who answered my call told me to just wait
- I'm about to move, maybe AR-11 and address change can trigger it?
 
I 140 : Filed July 2003 (7/22/2003) --- Pending
I 485 : Filed March 2004 (3/11/2004) --- Pending
FP: Done Apr '04 for me and June '04 for spouse (spouse had to do it twice, Apr 04 and June '04)
EAD / AP : Approved May '04

Semi-Conc'nt - you think this thread can re-created under the 485/concurrent filing folder - it might be more relevant there...

Looking at most of the pilot program approvals, it looks like usually the approval/RFE happens about 10-15 days after "the fp received and processing resumed message". So I guess we'll all know soon if they are considering our cases under the pilot. Hoping for the best!

My case is exactly same as your T3k. 140 in Aug 03 and 485 in Jan 04. FP and AP done and cleared.

I-140 RD :08/25/2003 Pending
I-485 RD :03/10/2003 Pending
Ead/AP approved : 01/18/2004.
Applying for EAD renewal now.

Do you think, we should follow some comma separated format, which can include information in standard format. e.g.
