Hi:

This is my first posting.
I would be interested to know whether anyone (concurrent filing) received
their (I-14 or I-140/I-485) within the first 8 months?

Are there any advantages in filing under EB1-OR other than evading labor ?

Any comment is much welcome.

I applied my I-140/485 in March 2004, no luck as yet.
