I mean some people whose RD is May 03 are getting FP notices.

Why are we tracking the fingerprints separately again? It's been tracked in the 2003 tracker for the whole year. We went through the consolidation process for nothing right! Let's all use the 2003 tracker to track FPs.

Also, the excel does have a lot of FP info.
