2003 Filers with Second FP appointment

I would like to know if any of you, 2003 I-140/485 filers, got your second FP appointment.

I have n't got my Second FP but i finished my First FP last Dec 2003 ..

My i 140 and I485 -- OCt 23 2003.

SRC0401753..

Got my Second EAD within Two weeks approved..and got the card..

My RD/ND 3/14/2003 for 140 and 485(both pending)
FP1: May 2003
FP2: Checking mail everyday, hoping to find it...:-(

USCIS is waiting for Name Check from FBI

USCIS is waiting for Name Check from FBI, and USCIS just hold our cases for March/April/May 2003 concurrent filers. When USCIS recieve the result for Name Check from FBI, they will continue to process I-140/I-485. PLEASE send your FAX to FBI in order to expedite Name Check. FAX number is: 202-324-3367

I got my FP scheduled for 10/22/2004 yesterday in mail.

RD/ND for 140 & 485: 3/14/2003 - both pending
FP1: May 2003 (expired Aug 2004)
FP2: Scheduled for 10/22/2004

I would suggest go early for FP and finish it off if ur ASC allows it....

My lawyer had raised an enquiry during september and then I had also contacted senator during mid september. On Monday I got a letter in mail saying that my case is with an adjudicating officer, and tuesday(yesterday), I got the FP notices. I dont know which helped...

As for early FP, I am planning on doing it, since my spouse would be out of town on business on 10/22.. I hope they allow it..

FP1 :LUD May 27,2003
FP2 : LUD Sep 7,2004
I have received email yesterday from FBI that they had sent Name check on April 16,2003.

I did my FP1 on May 20,2003 ,how come FBI done name check on April 16,2003

I am confused.
I don't know what do.
LUD changed Sep 7,2004 to Sep 16,2004 and stopped

AD :?????????????????

Anybody has any Idea do they need second name check? ,I mean since we did second FP do they need to do second name check also?

Name check and FP are not related. I guess name check is done after u have filed for 485. In my case also name check was completed before i did my finger printing. Also, i think name check is valid for 90 some days, so they may do it again when they get to ur case.

How do you know the name check is valid for 90 days?
